Return & Exchange Policy
Within 60 Days of Purchase:
- Return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
- Free exchanges are available for products of equal value and ship free within the US and Canada.
Beyond 60 days?
You can still return your Vicci Beauty items for store credit within one year of purchase.
Important Information
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or if you encounter any quality or shipping issues, contact our friendly customer service team at support@viccieyewear.com for assistance.
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item(s).
- Bundles: All products within a bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund.
- Return Abuse: Vicci Beauty reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges based on excessive return activity.
- Free Gift Promotions: Items received as part of a free gift promotion are excluded from returns and exchanges.
