Within 60 days of purchase:
- Return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method (original shipping costs not included).
- Exchanges are available for products of equal value and ship free within the US and Canada.
Beyond 60 days?
You can still return your Vicci Beauty items for store credit within one year of purchase.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- Damaged products or quality/shipping issues: Contact our friendly customer service team at support@viccieyewear.com for assistance.
- Returns & Exchanges: These are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt.
- Bundles: All products within the bundle must be returned together for a full refund.
- Return abuse: Vicci Beauty may limit returns or exchanges at its discretion based on return activity.
- Free gift promotions: Excluded from returns and exchanges.
